The fashion industry is becoming ever more exposed for its growing emissions and damage to both people and planet. Denim, both as a material itself and its process, is now widely documented for being a key polluter.
HNST Studio embodies a counter movement. For us, climate change presents no limitation to how we make and sell products, instead we flip the script. We embrace and work with that challenge: we are driven by turning negative impact into positive impact.
Design By applying circular, or ‘closed-loop’ design principles, our products can be recycled at the end of life.
Materials Recycled materials (partly coming from previous HNST studio items) are paired strictly with only organic or a small proportion of responsibly sourced virgin materials.
Repair Our repair service means items are more likely to be cherished for longer, thus avoiding ending up in waste streams.
Take-back When you want to part ways with HNST studio products, we take them back and recycle them into something new.
